Terms of service

Orders

Prices on the site are in Pakistani Rupees and are confirmed when you place your order. Items can sell out; if something becomes unavailable we will tell you before you pay.

Cancelling

You can cancel an order yourself from its tracking page for a short time after placing it — the page shows exactly how long. After that, call us and we will help where we can.

Delivery

Delivery is available in the areas listed at checkout. Delivery fees and minimum order amounts are shown before you order. Times are estimates.

Payment

Pay cash on delivery, or at the counter for takeaway and dine-in.
